Builder can’t turn on due to Bitnami PageSpeed for AWS Cloud

It has bought to our attention that Bitnami PageSpeed for AWS Cloud is braking some WordPress core Javascript which is causing Builder not able to turn on.

It can be disabled by removing from apache2/conf/httpd.conf:
1Include conf/pagespeed.conf
2Include conf/pagespeed_libraries.conf

Then flush the PageSpeed Cache and restart apache.
