No – at least, not according to the demo and the various positions. There aren’t many that use Exit Intent (certainly not free, anyway) – I use the Timersys Popup Pro plugin, which includes Exit Intent. Less expensive than Opt-in Monster and very effective.

How to create newsletter subscription forms in popups? Does Themify Builder support email optin module like divi?

At the moment, you need to get the embed from Mailchimp or your newsletter provider, then insert the embed code in a Plain Text module. We have a tutorial here: https://themify.me/docs/popup-documentation#mailchimp-newsletter-forms. We are considering to add an optin module in the future.
