Double Builder content due to Builder static content

If you encounter double Builder content (one from the static content and another from the Builder content), here is how to fix it:

- Update the theme/framework to the latest version first
- Edit the page, on the editor, click "Text" tab, then delete all static content in the editor and click "Update" post (this will refresh and correct the static content).
