Updates, Support, and Downloads
All Themify products (excluding Lifetime Master Club) are a one-time fee, none recurring payment. Your purchased licence includes one year of free product updates, support, and downloads. After one year, you can still use the themes or plugins you've purchased, however you will no longer have access to file downloads, updates or support.
WordPress Theme License
All Themify products are licensed under the GNU General Public License. You may modify and use the themes on unlimited number of websites.
Warranty and Liability
Themify does not provide any warranty or guarantee for these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we cannot guarantee that Themify products will work with all browser combinations. Themify products are provided "As Is" and in no event shall Themify be liable for any direct. indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use incurred by you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
Photoshop File License
The Photoshop (.psd) files included in your membership are packaged separately and they are not licensed under the GNU. They are copyrighted under Themify. You may not redistribute the Photoshop files neither modified or unmodified.
All content, including imagery, published on the Themify.me domain, including site content published on the showcase, is property of Themify and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Themify web site shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Themify.
The stock images used on our demo sites are for demonstration purposes only and are NOT part of the theme package. All images are subject to the copyright of their respective owners.
You have up to thirty (30) days from the day of purchase to request a refund/exchange as per our guarantee. Refund/exchange requests must be given via email which must include your Themify ID username. Upon requesting a refund/exchange, please note, it can take up to three business days for us to complete that request.
Pricing & Currency
Themify makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information but takes no responsibility for any editorial, photographic or typographic errors. Themify reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information on the Themify.me website at any time, without prior notice. Prices listed are in United Sates dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes and charges.
Lifetime Club Definition
Lifetime Master Club membership provides you access to all current and future products listed on themify.me, with free lifetime product updates and supports. This membership does not include third party products. For greater certainty, lifetime means the duration of the existence of the product or the company. Themify does not guarantee the number of product releases and we reserve the rights to discontinue products at any time, with or without notice. Lifetime Master Club membership purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after the refund period.
Acceptable Use Policy
Themify holds zero tolerance for behaviour that is abusive, insulting, demeaning, and/or harassment of any kind in our community. We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for our users and employees, regardless of level of experience, gender, ethnicity, religion, or any other characteristics. Continued use of unacceptable behaviour could result in a halt of correspondence and/or service with you.
The following is a partial list of the kinds of activities that are prohibited on the forums or through email with our Support Team:
- Language, behaviour or submitting materials that are abusive, insulting, demeaning, and/or engages in harassment.
- Submitting materials that are offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
- Engaging in activity, or submitting materials, or promoting information that is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous.
In addition, you covenant and represent that you will not engage in interactions with Themify users or employees in violation of the law or these Terms of Service.
Themify reserves the right in its sole discretion, and without any prior notice, to terminate your access to our service for any or no reason, including your breach of these Terms of Service, the terms and conditions of any service for which you may have registered, or a violation of the rights of another user or the law.
You may unsubscribe from any further communication from Themify at any time by delivering a written notice addressed to email@example.com, or by using the Email Preferences link, or by the opt-out link in any of the Themify emails.
Themify reserves the right with or without notice to you at any time to change, modify or discontinue any service or a portion or attribute thereof, or the offering of any information, good, content, product or service. Themify shall have no liability to you or any third party should Themify modify or discontinue any service or an aspect thereof.
Support is provided through both the Themify Support Forum and by email via our Contact Form.
We commit to supporting our clients by email via our Contact Form, between Monday to Friday 10am - 8pm EST. The Themify Support Forum is tended to by our team of developers and designers, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Response times may vary for both channels of support. Responses can typically be expected within 48 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
Support services are provided for Themify products to clients with active memberships. Upon subscription expiration, or account closure, a Client's access to support is terminated.
Themify provides support for its own products only. We do not provide support for third party products or services, nor do we provide support for our own products when obtained through third parties.
Our products are provided as is. We do not provide support with product customization, alteration or feature addition, nor do we guarantee that our products will be compatible with third party software or services.
By signing up a Themify account, you agree to be contacted by Themify with regard to announcements, bug fixes, product updates, product releases, and promotional offers. You can change contact preferences at any time after signing up.
By registering and participating in our service, you agree to the following:
- You agree to be contacted via email by Themify, regarding Themify services, and third parties if relevant.
- You give Themify permission to showcase your profile and such other information as may be supplied by you as we shall deem advisable in our sole determination in connection with the service or for marketing purposes thereof.
- You grant Themify permission to access your account while troubleshooting issues or while being provided support. They include any graphics, audio, video, messages, data, information, text, or other material posted/uploaded/transmitted to or through our service using your account.
You may visit our Site without registering. However, you will be required to register for an account in order to buy any of our themes or products. When creating an account, users agree to give us consent to collect and store your name, address, country of origin and email.
