Never miss your contact messages again with the new Builder Contact Submissions feature! You can now enable Contact Submissions which creates and stores all submitted messages in the database. Let’s say your mail server fails for whatever reason or the email goes to spam somehow, you still can access the messages through WordPress admin. Each message will be stored as a post in the database which you can view, export, and delete.
More Features:
- Aside from this great feature, we have also added a new field type to display HTML content within the contact form. It is a highly requested feature since we released the last major update. Now you can display any text/HTML or run any shortcodes in the contact form.
- Another commonly requested feature is being able to customize the success message after a form has been submitted. Now you can display custom success messages or redirect the viewer to another page once the form has been submitted.
Update the Contact addon to the latest version and benefit from our latest additions!
Note: Required to use a Themify theme or Builder plugin.

This is such a needed addition, thank you. Using CF7 with a submission plugin was tedious. I may now move all my forms to this!
Great job

Thank you for the update. Now the issue I submitted regarding issues with only one message being sent has been resolved. Please continue with the great support and development of your framework, it is greatly appreciated.

I have sent a request to add IP address of contact. But it seems it’s not included. Only this way we can know the location of the contact.

I’d like to 2nd this request, I get alot of unqualified request in regions where I don’t serve so having the IP address info is critical.

How can i make the message non-mandatory? In some cases, I just want to collect the answer to the checkboxes and radio buttons without having to ask for more info

The checkbox and radio field type can be optional (just don’t check the “required” option on the contact form options).

Is there a way to export from the ‘Contact Submissions’ in the dashboard.

Unfortunately, not at the moment. There is no export option from the contact submissions. But since it is a custom post type, there might be third party plugins to export custom post types.
