We have made major performance improvements to Themify Updater, and we strongly recommend that all users update to the latest version.
The latest update introduces licence check caching and WordPress transients to prevent constant licence requests. As a result, Themify Updater now runs far less frequently, which significantly reduces server processing and improves overall efficiency.
We have also enhanced the Status page with more detailed and useful information, including your server environment, WordPress version, Themify Updater version, required server functions, last update check status, and clearer error messages when licence verification fails. These improvements make troubleshooting much easier.
If you are no longer using Themify Updater, we recommend deactivating and deleting it to help reduce unnecessary server resource usage.
